@MrNativeDancer You are missing my point … I prolly shoulda said: If you build obvious improvements, above ground, you are almost sure to draw interest and have armed conflict … The only good reason to build a traditional (visible) cabin, or camp, is as a DECOY CAMP which will observe, from a “safe” distance, so that you can assess the strength and numbers of transient threats. … That or commit to rotating watches (plural) on the perimters (plural).
A series aof Scout Pits (w/cache) !!
@phrankus2009 Who told you that? You always need security even if you are not detected! Just in case LOL It is always best to be prepared then not prepared. Its always best to have clean water even if you are not thirsty! at the ready!
I envy you!! What a awesome life!
@offgridmontana You are right. The video footage was older than the voice over. Oops.
At 5:38 those are Raspberries, look like Thimbleberries to me, or not?
Since traitor Butch sold a section of Idaho to China, I would head to the hills like yesterday!
Dig a hole and cover it over so that trekkers will pass right by, and never know it is there.
If you are not detected, you will not require security.
nice vid
@MT1LAD thanks mate, will do.
@waveman0 Im from australia too mate and i know what you’re saying about them having us pretty much locked down over here but i’ve been doing a lot of research into common law, trust law and sovereignty lately and i think there is solutions, search dean clifford common law
@SurefireWoodsman thank you for the reply mate, and you are dead right about the “control” issue. The Australian people are now truly a slave race, living in a police state. Our rights have been stolen from us, and I honestly don’t know how to get them back without a complete govenment change.
@waveman0 America may not be far behind you with needing “permission”. What is or isn’t “allowed” has nothing to do with right or wrong, it’s about control. The real tell is, will Americans surrender their Right to bear arms like the Aussies did or resist being totally enslaved. If/when the economy melts down to nothing, I will not be standing in a soup line or asking anyone for permission to exist and continue living (without harming anyone else). It’s really about choosing ones own destiny!
excellent review vid, tho not all that practical for people like Aussies(me included), this kind of homesteading is impossible, as our government simply won’t allow us to do it. We even need permission to cut down tree’s(and can be prosecuted if we don’t seek permission)it’s nice to dream tho. You certainly have a beautiful back drop there.
Great information I look forward to checking out your website and getting a hold of the videos. This is the way we are meant to live it’s just spectacular man!
@donnylonghorn Thank you Donny. We love it here!
@cskillet2003 GOOD EYE… It’s everything to me. Without liberty, we have no future.
@ThePatriotGunner Thank you for realizing and appreciating the time and energy it takes. People like you make it all worth while.
@AmericanSurvival101 Your comment has stuck in my mind for weeks. I can’t help but think that kings would be envious. Stop by for dinner anytime!
@gra77on321 Glad you see it that way! No regrets here. Going after an elk first thing in the morning. Wish me luck and I’ll keep ya posted.

@jccrick123 Thanks, I trained them both with kindness from colts. There was nothing they wouldn’t do out of trust. Our main interest is archery but we hunt for food not sport so it really doesn’t matter.
